Your limit resets each month. **When should I upgrade from Developer?** Stay on Developer while 10,000 live commands a month is enough. Pro is $29/month or $290/year and adds 100,000 live commands, 1,000 connected end users, 30-day log retention, and email support. Business is $149/month or $1,490/year and adds bring-your-own providers, 5 team seats, 90-day log retention, and approval workflows. **What is a connected end user?** If the app you build lets its own users connect their accounts (their Gmail, Slack, Stripe, ...), each of them is a connected end user. One end user counts once per workspace however many providers they connect. Developer includes 10, Pro 1,000 and Business 10,000; Enterprise is custom. End users who connect their accounts are not team seats. **Can I use providers that charge per API call?** Providers that charge per API call (for example X) are available on Pro and above, through your own developer app. **What happens if I reach my monthly command limit?** Swytchcode tells you how many live commands you've used and how to upgrade. Upgrade to keep running commands, or wait for the limit to reset next month. **Can I change plans, and what does yearly billing save?** Upgrade any time from Billing. Your new limits apply straight away. Yearly plans save two months compared with paying monthly: Pro is $290/year (save $58) and Business is $1,490/year (save $298). If a payment fails, your card is retried automatically and you'll get an email from Stripe. You keep access for a short grace period. Update your card in Billing to stay active. If the subscription lapses, paid features stop after that grace period until you renew. **How do workspaces and teams work?** A workspace holds your providers, connected accounts, logs, and approval settings. Every account has a personal workspace. A team is a shared workspace, available on Business (5 seats) and Enterprise (custom seats). Invite colleagues by email as Owner, Admin, Viewer, or Billing. Each member takes one seat. If the seats are full, or the plan no longer includes team seats, new invitations can't be accepted. **How do logs work?** Log storage is off until you turn it on in a workspace's settings. Everyone in a team workspace shares that workspace's logs, and each workspace's logs stay separate. Turning storage off stops new logs from being saved. Existing logs are kept. Retention is 7 days on Developer, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Business, and custom on Enterprise. **How does human approval work?** Approval workflows are available on Business and above, and are set up per workspace. When a command matches an approval policy, Swytchcode sends a request to that workspace's Slack or Telegram channel. Your terminal is free right away and doesn't wait. If someone approves, the command runs once. If it is denied, or nobody responds within 48 hours, it doesn't run. Only the workspace owner and admins can change these settings. **What is included in Enterprise?** Enterprise is a custom deployment in your AWS, Azure, or GCP account. Application data and API keys stay in your environment; OAuth sign-ins go through Swytchcode's sign-in service. Live command volume, team seats, log retention, and policies are custom, and you can bring your own providers. It also includes company SSO, role-based access, audit logging and export, region choice, priority support and an SLA. **Can I use Swytchcode with any AI agent framework?** Yes. Use the LLM and framework your team prefers—MCP supplies integration context to whatever you already run, and the CLI executes. There is no per-service SDK and no framework lock-in.
